Kenji Yajima is Professor of Mathematics at the Gakushuin University in Tokyo. Kenji Yajima is one of the most popular analysts of Japan.

His research focuses on the theory of Schrödinger equations, the existence of wave operators in Lebesgue areas and the theory of resonances.

Kenji Yajima is a Visiting Fellow at CAS from July to August 2017 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Heinz Siedentop. On 19 July 2017 he will give a lecture on "The Lp-Boundedness of Wave Operators for Three Dimensional Schroedinger Operators with Point Interactions".
