Yang-Mills theories and quantum gravity
Antônio Pereira is assistant professor at Fluminense Federal University and Veni Fellow (Postdoctoral researcher) at Radboud University Nijmegen.
He works on Yang-Mills theories and quantum gravity. He is an expert for the application of functional renormalization group techniques to different formulations of quantum gravity, ranging from the standard Asymptotic Safety scenario in quantum field theories of metrics to matrix/tensor models.
Antônio Pereira is at CAS in June 2023 as part of the Researcher in Residence program at the invitation of Dr. Andreas Pithis.
